New Year's Updates of the Paleo Pins!

⭐Hi everyone!!
I hope it's alright that I haven't been updating, I didn't want to inundate your inboxes. That and I think it's more fun to save updates until I have lots to say, and I have LOTS to say in this latest update!
First and foremost, ⭐THE PINS
I thought it might be fun to share part of the manufacturing process. The pins have not only been fully ordered and paid for (boy was that a fun bank day lol), but also the mockups are back from the manufacturers, approved and in production! These mockups are just for metal and design checks, not size accurate, and those of you with sharp eyes might find a few color mistakes. Don't worry though! This is exactly the purpose for the mock ups. I've gone through these with a fine tooth comb (masiakasaurus shaped) and the manu's are aware of all the little tweaks that need to happen to make these lovely and perfect when they arrive.
⭐THE PRINTS
The print rewards are also well on their way into manufacturing! The Gorgonopsid print, both B/W and the Foil, are looking absolutely amazing!! I couldn't be happier with the proofs I've been sent and their full order will be arriving soon. The 12x18" Spinosaurus print needs a bit more work, but nothing I wasn't expecting. The foil detail is pretty crazy on that one, so it needs a little work between both my printers and myself to get it lining up correctly, but I have no doubt we'll be able to get it touched up and beautiful in no time 😊
⭐SHIPPING
Not much to say about this other than everything needed for shipping, packaging, beautifying, etc is not only ordered but has already arrived! I have a corner of my work room stacked full of boxes of boxes, ready to go as soon as the pins arrive.
There are still some small things to finish up, like the jewelry findings for the Trilobite necklace and Ammonite earrings. I also still need to finish up and order the packaging backers, which will hopefully be complete this week. We're finally getting REALLY close to shipment! I'm nervous, it's a lot of work, but I'm also so so so excited to finally get these into all of your hands. WE'RE NEARLY THERE!!
In other only vaguely related news, I was gifted the JP Zoo game for Xmas and while the broken fantasy dinos can't help but bug me a bit (oh Deinonychus, they did you dirty😂), I absolutely adore this game and I have an exhibit of sauropods with a whole herd of Diplodocus 😍 I just thought I'd share hahaha

Post-Campaign Update ~ Surveys Locking Soon!

⭐Just a quick update today⭐
85% of the surveys have been successfully completed, and it's finally time to lock in and get these pins ordered!! Once surveys are locked, you can no longer make any adjustments (other than address, that you can still adjust all the way until shipments are ready to go out). I'll be locking surveys on Saturday evening, and hopefully the first of the orders will be going out on Monday! 🥳
⭐ If you have not yet completed your survey, make sure you get it done asap! It should be waiting in you inbox, but if you don't see it let me know. I can resend it, or send it to a different email if need be. I'm always happy to help out, so don't hesitate to ask

Post-Campaign Update ~ SURVEYS SENT!!

We're finally here!! The survey's have been sent out and it's time to choose your rewards!
⭐Surveys⭐: Make your selections carefully, they can be changed after your survey has been submitted, but only for a limited time. Those in the pin tiers have the options of all the skull designs in all three color variants. Those with stickers in their tier are able to choose which designs from those to receive as well.
When you have completed that section, there will also be one last chance for Add Ons! If you weren't able to adjust your pledge before the campaign ended, you may use this section to make any additions you'd like.
⭐Add-On Credits⭐: I tried my best, but sure enough there were some discrepancies with the addons section. I'm sorry if your survey isn't quite right!! If you find any errors or issues with your survey when you go to fill it out, just let me know. I'll do everything I can to make sure you all get the rewards you pledged for!
⭐Lastly, and very important: Be sure to check that your mailing address is correct.
Timeline
✔️October 1: Kickstarter begins ~ EARLY BIRD tiers are active
✔️October 7: EARLY BIRD tiers close at midnight PST
✔️October 31 (@ 11:29 AM PST): Kickstarter Campaign closes
✔️Mid November: Reward Surveys are sent out to all Backers
Late November: Production begins
December: Products begin to arrive from manufacturers. Quality checks and Packaging begins
December/January: Rewards are shipped out
☝ Above is the original timeline posted on the Campaign. As you can see, with all of the survey's out already, we're doing well and right on schedule! I'm currently working on finalizing all of the designs with the manu's, including the backer card designs for each skull type. The final designs will all be ordered as soon as the survey counts are at least 90% completed (so I can be sure of my numbers) and the funds deposited.
I'll be keeping you all updated as I make more progress! Also, keep an eye out for a sketch update. I sent out a sneak preview to the High Tier backers already and got some great feedback for the next line of pins! I have a few mockups I'm working on which I'll share with all of you while we're waiting for the manufacturing process :D

The first post-campaign update is here!! Some payments have yet to be processed, Surveys are incoming soon, Final design edits are happing now
⭐Payment Processing⭐: Most of the Backer payments have been processed successfully by Kickstarter, hooray!!
There are still several backers whos payments have not been successfully run by Kickstarter. If you are one of these Backers Kickstarter will be sending you reminders; Please make sure your payment information is current and up to date! If Kickstarter is unable to process your payment within 2 weeks, you won't receive any of your rewards!!

⭐Surveys⭐: Surveys are delayed just a bit to be sure everyone has enough time to fix their payments, but they will be going out (along with another update) within the next two weeks. When the surveys arrive, you will be able to make your official design choices!!
